At IBDIC, we believe a career break isn’t a pause, it’s a powerful phase of becoming. A space where strength matures, clarity sharpens, and resilience quietly takes root. For many women, time away from the workforce wasn’t still, it was transformative. It shaped leadership not just through roles, but through lived experiences. We view time away from the workforce not as a gap, but as a period of enhancing perspective and evolution.

We’re proud to launch the UVSAR Program, drawn from the Hindi word for “new beginning.” It reflects our belief that returning to work isn’t about going back, but about moving forward with purpose. UVSAR is built for women stepping in after a break, bringing evolved clarity, conviction, and capability.

​

We’re inviting professionals with 8–15 years of experience and a break of 1–5 years to step back in roles that value their evolution.

This is not a restart. It’s a return with purpose. And we’re here to walk that path with you

Who can Apply?

We welcome women professionals who’ve taken a 1 to 5 year career break and are ready to return with renewed clarity and confidence. We view time away from the workforce not as a gap, but as a period of enhancing perspective and evolution

Experience​

  • 8 to 15 years of total professional experience

  • A strong foundation in leadership, execution, or domain-specific expertise

Open Roles:

Open to professionals from the following domains:

  • Technology : Design, develop, and manage systems architecture and technology platforms.

  • Product and Strategy: To drive strategic initiatives in supply chain financing, trade, and corporate banking solutions.

  • Marketing: Lead marketing efforts and strengthen the brand's visibility and impact.

  • Other Roles: Human Resources and Development, Finance, Compliance  and Legal
